Exterior Lighting Design
At De Camondo Galata, a respectful lighting approach is used to naturally reveal the diverse architectural language of the facade, gently highlighting both the arched and rectangular window forms. The verticality of the bay windows is softly emphasized, and the illumination seamlessly adapts to the contrasting light and dark tones of the building, bringing the structure to life without causing any damage to its historical texture.
A unified lighting scheme is implemented to include both the detailed main body of De Camondo Galata and the accompanying, distinct structure to its left. Care is taken to respect the historical context, with a sensitive illumination approach used to reveal the unique architectural character of both buildings.
To carefully preserve the historical texture, a cohesive lighting design is applied to both the main De Camondo Galata building and its accompanying left structure. By naturally adapting to the varying facade tones, the illumination softly highlights the vertical lines and unique window arches, resulting in a highly respectful architectural nighttime identity.
